Hosting keeps your website available online. The certificate encrypts the connection between visitors and the site. DNS connects your web address to the site. We check availability so hosting or address problems can be investigated.

Nightly off-site backups with restore checks
We copy the website each night to storage separate from its hosting server and test restoring it, so there is a recovery copy if the hosted site is lost or damaged.

If the website goes down or its hosting, certificate, or address settings stop working, we investigate and handle the hosting repair. Send problems through your portal Messages.

Domain renewal, reminders and renewal admin (one .com)
Your domain is your web address. Full care includes the standard yearly renewal of one .com and its renewal administration. It stays registered to you, in your account. On Hosting, you handle and pay for renewal.

Business mailbox, phone setup, and bringing over your old mail
Full care includes one mailbox using your domain, such as yourname@yourbusiness.com. We help connect it to your phone and bring over existing mail. On Hosting, you manage your email separately.

Small edits to existing pages
Updates to wording, hours, contact details, or supplied photos on existing pages. Send a batch of requested changes through Messages and originals through Photos & files. A round is one batch of edits; Full care includes two rounds of up to one hour each per month. New pages and larger changes are quoted separately.

Google Business Profile care: review requests and QR card, accurate listings
We use manager access to keep your business details current and help request reviews from completed jobs. A QR card gives customers a quick route to leave a review. You keep ownership of the profile.

A short record of the work completed and the figures available from your business profile: call-button clicks, website clicks, and search terms. Call-button clicks show interest; they are not a count of completed calls or booked jobs.
